Privacy notice

Opening Bell is responsible for your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law. Contact us about your data at support@openingbellsa.com.

• Your email address, name and mobile number.
• If you ask to hear when plans open, your email address, used only for that message.
• Your account code, and the devices you sign in on (browser and operating system, and a device cookie).
• Sign-in records: when and on which device.
• Your study activity: questions opened and answered, time taken, mock results and readiness scores.
• Your purchases: what you bought, the amount and the payment status. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see your full card number.

• To run your account, give you the access you paid for, and work out your readiness score.
• To keep each account to one person, which protects the price and the content.
• To answer support requests and process refunds and pass-guarantee extensions.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
• To improve questions, using statistics across all candidates.

We send marketing messages only if you've agreed to them, and every message lets you stop them. We don't sell your data.

We use two cookies that the site needs to work: one keeps you signed in, and one recognises your device for the two-device limit. We don't use advertising cookies. We count page visits and where visitors come from with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.

Only service providers that help us run the site (hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing), under contract and only for that purpose, and authorities where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the Kingdom; when they do, we follow the law's rules on transfers.

We keep your account and study data while your account is in use, and delete or anonymise it 2 years after your last access ends. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw consent you've given. Email support@openingbellsa.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
